Before "Before"

So, I still have yet to take my before pics. But here are a couple of candids to give you an idea of what I am working with . . .

First here I am on a beach in Cozumel.

And here I am at a pool party next to a good friend of mine who is a former body builder (and as you can see, he still takes great care of himself). How's THAT for contrast?
