The Owies are A-Comin' . . .

I generally tend to be a "Second-Day" Soreness kinda guy. I am just now really starting to feel the soreness from my Chest & Back and Ab Ribber X workouts. Which means it'll kick in nicely just in time for Shoulders and Arms on Wednesday. Of course, Tuesdays Plyometrics will add on to that. . . . . . . . . Woo!
